The Director of Facilities is responsible for capital projects, transportation, district-wide Work Safe, and grounds work. Their role oversees both the maintenance and custodial teams, including project planning and management. The Maintenance Secretary assists the Director of Facilities in correspondence, preparation of materials, scheduling, and data collection.

School District No. 67 maintains seven key maintenance divisions:
The maintenance team consists of approximately 20 experienced trades workers. This team is in place to ensure all 18 schools, 2 maintenance sites, and the administrative office are upheld to district standards with year round support.
The custodial team is made up of approximately 40 employees to provide a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
