Dear Music Educator,

Once again, welcome to our festival.    Timeslots for performing will begin on Tuesday morning and continue through until Wednesday afternoon. 

Once I receive your payment/registration form, I will do my best to accommodate your requests for performance times.

Our festival offers top quality adjudication/format along with a great venue for performance.  If you are a newcomer to our festival, you will find a very relaxed supportive atmosphere while you are in attendance at the festival.  Our adjudicators are very friendly and offer first rate suggestions for your bands improvement .

Please bring the following to the festival.

i)  3 copies of the seating plan (download from above)

ii)  scores for the adjudicators

iii)  photo forms

iv)  concert ticket confirmation form/numbers

v)  band bio for the MC

vi)  3 copies of the registration form

Please have all of these available upon check in.
