"Become a Member" To Pay Student Fees
2017/2018 Student Fee Information


The Board of School Trustees has approved the following student charges for the 2017-2018 school year.

  1. $50.00 – Annual Student Activity Charge
  2. $80.00 -  Graduation Charge (Grade 12's only)
  3. $100.00 – Textbook Deposit Charge (New to Pen High students only)
  4. $20.00 –  Gr 9/10 PE – Optional
  5. $40.00 – Gr 11/12 PE – Optional
  6. $50.00 – Yearbook – Optional, the price increases to $55.00 after December

Please be aware that all students must pay the textbook deposit in order to borrow school resources.

Beginning this year School District #67 has implemented School Cash Online payment system to allow parents to view and pay for their child's student fees, yearbooks, field trips etc. safely and conveniently online.

For those who would like to continue paying via Cash or Cheque, payments can be made at the Accounting Office Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 3:30. 

Any unpaid fees assigned to a student are carried forward to the next year.  All fees must be paid up to date in order to participate in Graduation Celebrations

Financial Hardship

In instances where a fee represents a financial hardship, requests for fee assistance can be made by completing the Confidential Fee Assistance application available in the accounting office.  

  • The application will be reviewed by Administration
  • A decision will be made and the parent will be informed
