Welcome to Naramata
Elementary School, home of our mascot, “Razzamatazz” the
“Naramata Rattler!”

Naramata Elementary
School is situated in the village of Naramata along the
eastern shore of the southern end of Okanagan Lake, about 15
kilometers North from the Okanagan Skaha School Board Office
in the City of Penticton. Naramata School presently employs
one administrator, six teaching staff, and four non-teaching
staff members and enrolls seventy-five students in four
divisions.
Although some of
our parents work in agriculture in the fruit or wine
industry, most of our parents work in nearby Penticton.
Naramata, geographically, remains a distinct and unique
community, with the school frequently being the focal point
for the community. Naramata School enjoys a special
long-lasting partnership with the Naramata Parks and
Recreation Commission with the sharing of facilities,
equipment, and special events. Additionally, the PAC,
parents, and community support events that nurture the
social, emotional, and intellectual development of the
children of Naramata.
