Graduation Transitions is a mandatory part of the graduation program. There are three parts to Graduation Transitions.
Assessment Minimum requirements for each section must be completed to earn credit for Graduation Transitions. Upon successful completion, a “Requirement Met” (RM ) mark will be assigned and will provide four credits toward graduation. For assistance with this package contact the school Career Centre or a Planning 10B teacher. Personal Health / Daily Physical Activity Effective September 2008, all students from K to 12 are required to participate in 30 minutes of physical activity per day. Physical activity may consist of either instructional (PE course) or non-instructional activities (school or community teams and personal physical activities). Daily Physical Activity is defined as endurance, strength and/or flexibility activities done on a daily basis.
