Internet Link: To make this file accessible to the world, put a
link on your webpage. The link starts with
http://176-m235.summer.com/
followed by your school initials SSS/, PSS/, or PM/, and then
the name of the folder/file that you have loaded.
Example: I'm a PSS student and there is a folder called stasiukwebsite inside the
PSS media folder. I've created a file called psmartlogo0809.wmv and put it in
this folder.
The link would be
http://176-m235.summer.com/PSS/stasiukwebsite/psmartlogo0809.wmv |

Multiple bit rates. Depending on your audience, this might be a
good choice. You can encode a file to have multiple bit rates and
the server will detect the connection speed and server out the file that's
best for the end user. Try viewing
this
sample from different locations - it is encoded at 125, 356, and 700K. |
