Kindergarten Registration   2026-27  – Coming Soon!

Children born in 2020 are eligible to enter kindergarten in September 2025. 
What You Need to Know
 
Register early! Early registration helps ensure your child can attend a school close to home. Our district uses Clevr, an easy-to-use online registration system.
 
You’ll need these documents:
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Child’s BC Care Card
  • Parent’s BC Care Card
  • Parent Identification (driver's license / passport)
  • Proof of address (e.g., purchase agreement / utility bill)
Not Sure Your Child Is Ready?
 
Parents may choose to defer enrollment for one year if they feel their child needs more time.

Welcome!  We're excited to have you join our school community! Here's how to get started: 
 
Step 1: Find Your School
 
Use our School Locator to find the school closet to your home. 
 
Step 2: Register Online
 
Create an account in Clevr and follow the prompts to complete registration.
 
*For the best experience, we recommend completing registration on a desktop or laptop computer.
The website is not optimized for mobile devices, and using a larger screen will make the process easier and faster.
 
Step 3: Gather Required Documents
 
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Child’s BC Care Card
  • Parent’s BC Care Card
  • Parent Identification (driver's license / passport)
  • Proof of address (e.g., purchase agreement / utility bill)
 
Step 4:  Out of Province Registrations / New to Canada?
 
Students moving from another province or are new to Canada must first visit the Education Secretary at the School Board Office located at 425 Jermyn Avenue, Penticton.   
Already have a Child in the District?
 
If you already have a child in the district and are adding another student, please follow the directions below.
