Personal Information Directory

 

The purpose of the Personal Information Directory (PID) is to document the management of personal information holdings of School District No. 67 (Okanagan Skaha) and to assist the public in identifying the location of personal information held by the school district. 

 

This is in compliance with section 69(6) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This requirement is to help ensure that public bodies, including school districts, are maintaining an appropriate inventory of personal information maintained by their programs and departments. This also helps members of public to understand what personal information is maintained by public bodies, and supports transparency in data management practices.
